How do listings work on Zed Trade Hub?

Sign up for a free account, create a business profile, then add your products, services or commodities. Your listings appear in the Marketplace, Professional Link or Commodities sections (depending on what you offer) and in search results. Buyers can view your profile, send enquiries, or reach you on WhatsApp directly from your page.

What does the 'Verified' badge mean?

Verified businesses have submitted proof of registration (PACRA, TPIN or equivalent) and contact details, which our team reviews before activating the badge. Verification is annual and helps buyers identify legitimate, accountable Zambian businesses. The badge expires after 12 months and must be renewed.

How much does it cost? What's included in each plan?

We offer LaunchPad (free trial), Business Standard (K250/month), Business Plus (K750/month) and Business Premium (K1,500/month). Higher tiers unlock more listings, branches, staff logins, verification eligibility, the WhatsApp button, customer reviews, analytics, video uploads and email broadcasts. How is billing handled? Can I cancel?

All plans are billed monthly in Zambian Kwacha. Payment is submitted via mobile money or bank transfer and confirmed by our team within 24 business hours. You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel from your dashboard at any time; access continues until the end of your current paid period.

How do buyers contact sellers?

Buyers can send an enquiry from any business or listing page — the seller is notified by email and in their dashboard. Sellers on paid plans can also display a WhatsApp button so buyers reach them instantly. We never share buyer contact details with sellers until the buyer makes contact themselves.

Is there a 'Request Anything' feature?

Yes. Buyers can post an open request (a product, service or supplier they're looking for) from the homepage or the Requests page. Verified businesses see the request and can respond through the platform. Buyer contact details stay private until the buyer chooses to share them.

Question 7

What is your refund policy?

Accepted Answer

Subscription fees are non-refundable once the plan period has started, because access is granted immediately. If something goes wrong with verification, payment confirmation or platform access, contact us within 7 days and we'll either fix the issue or credit the affected period to your next renewal. We do not handle refunds for transactions between buyers and sellers — those are private agreements.

Are reviews moderated?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Reviews can only be left by buyers who have sent a verified enquiry to that business through the platform, and every review is reviewed by our moderation team before it's published. This keeps ratings honest and prevents fake reviews from either side.

Can I add multiple branches and staff to my account?

Accepted Answer

Business Plus and Premium plans support multiple branch locations and staff logins, so larger businesses can manage one shared profile from several team members. The exact caps per plan are shown on the Plans page.
